The financial quotes and datafeed ("Data") received from your TraderBytes Inc. ("TraderBytes.com") subscription is provided by Barchart.com Inc. ("BarChart.com"). Your use of the TraderBytes.com datafeed constitutes your acceptance of this User Agreement.

The Data is owned by or licensed to Barchart.com and any user is permitted to store, manipulate, analyze, reformat, print and display the Data only for such user's personal use. In no event shall any user publish, retransmit, redistribute or otherwise reproduce the Data in any format to anyone.
